Drawing inspiration from majestic mountain ranges, ancient rock formations, and the delicate intricacies of geological wonders, this building concept captures the essence of natural stone and infuses it with contemporary design principles.
M’aawa Economic ZONE

“Maa’wa” is an installation of Interchanging and playful modular rammed earth cubes, juxtaposed in linear paths that shift in size and height across the scope to replicate the varying range of Wadi Rum mountains. Similar in shape yet diverse in function, the mod- ules were thought of as an integrative composition that develops from mere defining barriers into incubations of traditional activi- ties within its walls.

Sinuous and blended within the unique desert landscape of Wadi Rum, these structures were designed as a subtle epilogue of the sand dunes inspiring their free-flowing forms. Conceived as a module of two visually overlapping dunes where one is the contin- uation of the other. One structure being partially open to welcome local interaction, while the other provides shelter from the harsh desert environment within its curvature.

This Modern residential building in Foxhills, Qatar has been designed to include variant unit typologies, each unique in its area and layout that serve different groups of people and provide them their dream home. From studios to flats to duplexes, all units have been optimally altered to host unique, high-end living spaces. The building also includes gym facilities and holds a variety of potential multi-use and commercial spaces that all brings the living experience to another level.
